Class Description

Bootcamp is one hour class consisting of a dynamic mix of exercises adopted from strength training, boxing, gym-classes, sports training, etc. Providing a full body, full-spirit workout, this challenging, co-ed class builds endurance, strength and agility, promoting new tone and fat loss for any fitness level.

"I thoroughly enjoyed bootcamp training last summer and the benefits from this session completely amazed me. I had been running in races for years and am the founder of the only 11K race in America which honors Veterans each November 11th. In 2005 I sustained several injuries requiring surgery and a long lay off from running. I joined Scott's class in the summer and hoped I would be able to best my current 15 minute mile pace. Not only did I gain incredible strength in my injured arm and legs, but I was able to improve to an 11 minute mile! In 2006 and 2007 I ran very little as I was unable to gain the strength and endurance. After Scott's program I ran an unbelievable 146 miles for the year and expect to do more this year as I look forward to this spring's bootcamp. The results from this type of training are truly astonishing. Just look for me at local races as I am once again a regular runner! I even ran Falmouth successfully! Individual and Group Personal Fitness Training
If you are looking for energy, excitement, and an absolute tailor-made, trainer-enforced workout routine, this monthly program is designed for you! Sessions are 45-minutes long, 1, 2, 3 or 4 times a week. We recommend working out atleast 3 times a week to help ensure fitness success. These result-producing, monthly memberships provide you with trainer-supervised, custom-workouts designed for you, your goals, limitations, and strong-points. How does it work? Each individual session starts at 15 minute intervals (i.e. 5:00AM, 5:15AM, 5:30AM, etc.) Every 15 minutes a new client's session may start, meaning that there may be up to 3 clients on the floor at once with one trainer, depending on scheduling circumstances. Nutrition Monitoring
Nutrition is a huge part of body shaping and should not be ignored! In effort of proper nutrition, BodyXpress advocates knowledge and follow-through. We have periodic seminars giving you a detailed nutrition knowledge-base to educate you on the right food and drink choices. All members are welcome and encouraged to bring in their nutrition log at any time and your trainers will review your food choices and progress with you.
